Scripts
As a sytem administrator I try to keep the “basic” admin tasks to a minimum, such as creating groups, shares etc. I’d rather do some nice investigating in new products and interesting tasks. That’s where scripting comes in. With visual basic scripts you can easily do these tasks and it doesn’t matter if you do one share/group or a thousand. For login scripts there are KIX scripts which I mostly use. In the near future I will also put some Monad scripts here, e.g. Exchange configuration scripts.
I have some scripts which I will add to this page and will try to keep up to date. I will place the scripts in different categories :
